More flxibility at Wordpress.com

Visible to anyone in the world

I have decided that I would be more happy to try blogging at an external site. I have placed an initial post with my reasoning for this and would be interested in your comments.

you can find my new, embryonic blog by follwing this link to wordpress

OK I'll give it a go!

Visible to anyone in the world

I have just written a post in the Blogging forum about how I am not much of a blogger and in fact would class myself as a blogging avoider. It just seems to me that others would not have a lot of interest in what I reflect about my learning or anything else i do on a day to day  basis.

Having said that I guess as I am on a course that is all about the use of technology for learning I should give it a try.

I do not seem to have had much time this week, and so am in Frday catch up mode. I have been researching some of the topics but am now rushing around trying to post my thoughts to forums and this blog.

If any regular bloggers read this an want to try to convert me with a comment, I am always open to change!

Visible to anyone in the world

Just logged on to studenthome this morning and everything has changed. A new look page (and very nice it is too) Links to a personal calender and personal web links. They may have been there before, but I did not see them.

Then there is this blog. Had not seen that before either. Have not been able to find any instructions yet with regard to using it and making it available to others. I have never been much of a diary writer and in a similar way, blogs have never quite caught on with me. I always feel that there are very few people that would be interested in what I am doing on a dialy or weekly basis.
